TEK Tha Supah Latin is a second-generation LA emcee. His father, Click Tha Supah Latin, is a West Coast beatbox pioneer and producer whose credits include beatbox work on 8 Mile and collaborations with Jurassic 5 and Styles of Beyond — and who has produced the bulk of TEK’s catalog. The family traces back to Peru, and that lineage runs straight through TEK’s sound: boom-bap built for repeat listens, punchline-driven writing, and a delivery that earned him respect in the LA scene well before the network existed.

TEK’s catalog spans over a decade: the 2014 debut LP Tha Return, stacked with guest spots from Ras Kass, Chali 2na and his father; the 2016 sophomore album Daddy’s Home, built around his first European tour; and a steady run of 2026 singles — including “I Am He,” “H2O” and “Spoken Words” — released through the network’s own GEMWORK SOUND imprint.
