DJ access is the professional area of the DNKYBongsTV Network, built for working DJs who need clean, playable files rather than streaming links. Approved accounts can pull promotional releases, radio edits, clean versions and instrumentals from across the network catalogue — properly tagged, properly credited, ready for a set.

The reasoning is simple. A DJ who wants to break an independent record usually can’t. The instrumental doesn’t exist, the clean version was never made, the file is a 128kbps stream rip and the metadata is empty. Records die in that gap every week. DJ access closes it by making servicing part of how the network releases music rather than an afterthought.

What’s in the Pool

The catalogue draws from all three of the network’s imprints — Grown RenegadeZ Music, Last Kind Recordz and LK Jazz — plus selected submissions from independent artists. Where they exist, every release ships with the full set: main mix, clean version, instrumental and acapella, with correct BPM, key and credit tags.

Winners from Sound Check land in the pool ahead of general release, so approved DJs are playing records before they’re publicly available.

Who Qualifies

DJ access is open to club and mobile DJs, radio DJs and programmers, music supervisors, and record pools with a verifiable track record. Approval is about whether you’re actually playing out, not about follower counts. Applications ask where you play, what you play, and how you’d use the material.

How to Apply

Use the application on this page. Approved accounts get catalogue access, notification when new releases drop, and a direct line for requesting versions that aren’t up yet — if an instrumental exists, it can usually be pulled from the session.

In return the network asks for feedback: what’s working in a room, what isn’t, what the crowd responds to. That information goes back to the artists and frequently onto Gemwork Radio, where records get introduced with context. It’s a better signal than streaming numbers and independent labels rarely get it.

Sync and Licensing

DJ access covers performance use. If you’re looking at film, television, advertising, games or podcasts, that runs through the network’s sync library instead — the catalogue overlaps but the paperwork doesn’t. Coverage of the licensing side runs regularly in G.U.M.M. Magazine.
